Implementation Procedure
  1. Submit the complaint at the Public Services Center
  2. Complaints Committee studies the complaint and forwards it to the relevant department
  3. Relevant department prepares a detailed report with required costs and submits it to the Mayor and Committee
  4. Mayor and Complaints Committee approve the department’s report
  5. Inform the citizen of the outcome from the relevant department (via the Public Services Center)
  6. Relevant department executes the solution and resolves the issue
