Accounting and Budget Division:
This division is the financial center that ensures transparency and sound planning in the use of municipal funds. Its duties include:
- Recording financial transactions: Documenting all daily revenues and expenditures in accounting records.
- Budget preparation: Preparing the estimated annual budget (plan) in coordination with other departments and monitoring compliance with it.
- Financial reports: Issuing periodic financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) to evaluate the municipality’s financial performance.
- Salaries and wages: Supervising the payment of employees’ salaries and other dues to suppliers.
Complex Division:
This division is responsible for managing a vital facility that serves the public directly. Its functions include:
- Facility management: Managing facilities and overseeing their operation and organization.
- Fee collection: Collecting fees due from vehicle owners or beneficiaries of the complex’s services.
- Maintenance and cleanliness: Ensuring a clean and safe environment within the complex through regular maintenance and continuous cleaning.
Collection Division:
This division is the arm that ensures the continuous flow of revenues necessary to operate municipal services. Its duties include:
- Revenue collection: Collecting amounts due from citizens and companies in exchange for provided services.
- Billing and debts: Issuing water, electricity, and property tax bills, and following up on accumulated debts and outstanding arrearsanyy.
- Facilitating payment: Providing convenient payment methods for citizens and encouraging them to settle their financial obligations to ensure the continuity of essential services.
