• Submit a request for a Clearance Certificate
• Transfer the transaction to Accounting to calculate liabilities (if any) and pay the fees
• Transfer the transaction to Engineering to review the licensing file and verify violations (if any)
• Issuing the Clearance Certificate by the Public Services Center
• Approval of the request by the Mayor
• Delivering the Clearance Certificate to the citizen through the Public Services Center
