• Forward to Health Department for field inspection and coordination with relevant authorities
• Determine and pay fees at Accounting Department
• Health Department prints the certificate
• Certificate attested by competent authorities(Mayor, Health Department, General Practitioner)
• Deliver certificate to the citizen
