• Receive the request through the Public Service Center
• Forward to Engineering Department to review the license file
• Forward the transaction to the Water Department for field inspection and materials estimation
• Forward the request to the Accounting Department to pay the required fees and materials costs
• Notify the citizen of the result
• Forward the transaction to the Water Department to transfer the subscription
• Forward the transaction to the Accounting Department to update the subscriber's new address
