Execution Procedure

• Receive the request through the Public Service Center
• Forward the request to the Electricity Department for field inspection and estimation of required materials
• Inform the citizen of the result
• Forward the request to the Accounting Department for fee and material payment
• Send the request back to the Electricity Department for reconnection and meter reading
• Forward the request to Collection & Billing to reactivate the subscription in the financial system
