Procedure Implementation	Receiving the service request at the Public Services Center Transferring the request to the Engineering Department with attachments to study and inspect the site, prepare a report on road condition and estimated cost Forwarding the request to the Local Planning and Building Committee to take the decision Informing the applicant of the decision and final result Financial Department to establish cost and residents’ contributions if approved Transferring the transaction to Accounting Department for contributions payment Transferring the transaction to Engineering Department for implementation, either independently or with external funding (project)
