Implementation Procedure
|
- Receiving the service request at the Public Services Center
- Referring the request to the Engineering Department with attachments for study and site inspection, determining zoning information, and preparing a report on road status and estimated cost
- Referring the request to the Local Building and Zoning Committee for decision-making
- Notifying the applicant of the final decision and outcome
- Referral to the Financial Department to confirm costs and residents’ contributions if the request is approved
- Referral of the transaction to the Accounting Department to pay contributions as per the decision
- Referral of the transaction to the Engineering Department for implementation, either internally or through external funding (project)
