Azzoun Municipality: A meeting to discuss the general situation and yield a number of important recommendations
Azzoun Municipality held an important meeting at the municipal headquarters, attended by representatives of institutions, local bodies, merchants, and a number of citizens. The meeting aimed to discuss the difficult conditions the town is undergoing in light of the continuous closures and the deterioration of economic and service conditions.
During the meeting, the most prominent challenges facing the town and its citizens were reviewed, and the importance of unifying efforts and strengthening joint action to confront these circumstances was emphasized.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a number of recommendations were produced, most notably:

- Communicating with relevant authorities within the Palestinian Authority, and working to intensify official and popular efforts to lift the siege and tight closure imposed on the town of Azzoun.
- Requesting the security services to fulfill their role.
- Emphasizing that the town's institutions and local bodies must fulfill their roles.
At the end of the meeting, Azzoun Municipality reaffirmed its commitment to continuing all possible efforts, in cooperation with all partners, to defend the rights of the town's residents, alleviate their suffering, and strengthen their steadfastness in the face of challenges.
