Azzoun Municipality announces the launch of an electronic payment service for municipal bills and fees via the E-SADAD platform. This initiative is part of the municipality's efforts to facilitate services and promote digital transformation, under the supervision of the Palestinian Monetary Authority.

This service allows citizens to easily and securely inquire about and pay their bills electronically through bank applications and e-wallets, eliminating the need for cash.

First: Obtaining Your Subscription Number

To ensure the accuracy of information and the success of the payment process, citizens must:

Visit Azzun Municipality to obtain their official subscription number, which is used in the E-SADAD system to complete the payment process.

Payment cannot be completed through the application without entering the correct subscription number.

Second: How to Access the E-SADAD Service
You can use the service through one of the following methods:

Download your bank's mobile application.

Access your approved e-wallet.

Use the e-Government Services Portal.

Then select the E-SADAD / Bill Payment service from the menu. Which includes:

Municipal Services - in US Dollars

Municipal Services - in Jordanian Dinars
Municipal Services - in Israeli Shekels
Electricity Bills - in Israeli Shekels
Obligatory Water Bills - in Israeli Shekels

Third: Payment Steps via E-SADAD
After obtaining your subscription number, follow these steps:

Select the E-SADAD service (View and Pay Bills).

Select the entity: Azzoun Municipality.

Enter your official subscription number.

View the outstanding bill amount.

Verify the accuracy of the information.

Click Pay/Confirm to complete the transaction successfully.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation message.
